Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

| Specificity: |
| Recognizes a monomorphic epitope on the mouse MHC class I antigen. The epitope recognized is conformation dependent and is reported to be phylogenetically conserved. Reactivity has been observed with some canine samples suggesting that this antibody may recognise a polymorphic epitope of canine MHC class 1. Species Crossreactivity: rat, guinea pig, sheep, bovine, porcine. |
