MHC Class 1, H-2Dk (MHC Class I)
Description:
This antibody reacts with the H-2Dk MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Dk haplotype. H-2Dk is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. This antibody weakly cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice of the H-2f haplotype. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., a,b,p,q,r,s) has not been reported.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
