Description:
This antibody reacts with the H-2Kb/H-2Dd MHC class I alloantigens expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Kb/H-2Dd haplotype. H-2Kb/H-2Dd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. This antibody cross-reacts with H-2K MHC class I alloantigens of the b, s, r, q, or p haplotypes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
