Technical Data
MHC Class 1, H-2Kb (MHC Class I H-2Kb, H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen K-B alpha Chain, H-2K(B), H2-K1, H-2K, H2-K, H-2K(d), MGC7052, MGC184092) (PE)
The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In mice, this complex is referred to as the histocompatibility 2 (H-2) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the H-2 which are H-2K, H-2L and H-2D. The H- 2K gene is part of the murine H-2 complex on chromosome 17 and there are a large number of variant alleles of this gene.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:20. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Mouse MHC Class 1, H2, Kb.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS. Labeled with R. Phycoerythrin (PE).
Recognizes the mouse MHC Class I H-2Kb antigen and does not crossreact with other haplotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
