OADC Enrichment medium is used with Middlebrook 7H10 Mycobacteria Agar (Powder) (Cat#M3895).


Directions for Use: Dissolve 7.904 grams in 100ml distilled water. Sterile-filter using a 0.22 micron membrane. Aseptically add 100ml to 900ml of previously prepared sterile liquid M3895.

Storage and Stability: Store powdered medium at 4°C. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared medium should be kept refrigerated protected from light, and used within a short period of time.

Appearance: Light beige with slight green tint, homogeneous, free flowing powder

Solubility: Light yellow, turbid
