Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemstry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed frozen): 1:10-1:20 Pretreat for 10 min with 20mM glycine in PBS, pH 7.5 and then for 10 min with 6N guanidine hydrochloride in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5.
Western Blot (ECL): 1:10-20
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity:
