Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2500-1:25,000, using 50-100ng of control peptide/well Western Blot (Chemiluminescence): 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Control Peptide: M4470-20B Monocarboxylate Transporter 3, Rat Control Peptide
Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
