Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
ELISA: 1:2500-1:25,000, using 50-100ng of control peptide/well
Western Blot (Chemiluminescence): 1-5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
M4470-20B Monocarboxylate Transporter 3, Rat Control Peptide
Storage and Stability:
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

A 19 amino acid peptide sequence near the C-terminus of rat MCT3 (1).
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% BSA, before the addition of glcerol to 40%.
Recognizes rat Monocarboxylate Transporter 3 (MCT3). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other MCT. Species sequence homology: Mouse.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
