Technical Data
M4700-11
Mucin 1 (MUC1 Glycoprotein, CD227, episialin)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml Detects MUC1/episialin in paraffin embedded human adenocarcinoma tissue sections.

Flow Cytometry: This antibody has been used in FACS analysis with MCF-7 human breast cancer cells.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
