Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M3 (CHRM3, HM3)
Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M3 (CHRM3) is a 65kD 7-transmembrane glycoprotein that is predominantly expressed in the central nervous system, smooth muscle, and heart. CHRM3 mediates signal transduction in the autonomic nervous system in response to muscarinic agonists. Human CHRM3 shares 92% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CHRM3.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 25ug/ml on paraffin-embedded normal human pancreas sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
