Muscarinic Receptor M4 (Cholinergic Muscarinic Receptor M4, Chrm4)
Description:
Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M4 has been reported to be expressed in many regions of the rat brain, particularly the striatum and hippocampus. ESTs have been isolated from human breast and eye libraries.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: rat and monkey
Western Blot: 4-10ug/ml by ECL on rat, mouse and human (weak)
Immunoprecipitation: rat
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
