Description:
Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system.
Working dilution must be determined by the user for application but a starting range of 1:10-1:50 is suggested.
Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC. |
