Description: Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a species of Gram-negative cocci, usually seen in pairs with the adjacent sides flattened, it is pathogenic to humans who are its only natural host, it is responsible for the disease Gonorrhea. Neisseria gonorrhoeae typically infects the mucous membranes causing infections such as urethritis, cervicitis, salpingitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, proctitis, conjunctivitis Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
