Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Endotoxin Level: <0.01Eu/ug

Hybridoma:
Y3 Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from AO rats.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
