Nitroso-L-Lysine (NO-L-Lysine), Conjugated |
|
|
Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Specificity Using a conjugate NO-Lysine-Glutaraldehyde-Protein, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds. Compound Cross-reactivity ratio (a) NO-Lysine-G-BSA 1 Lysine-G-BSA 1/> 100,000 NO-Arginine-G-BSA 1/> 100,000 NO-Glutamine-G-BSA 1/> 100,000 NO-Cysteine-G-BSA 1/> 100,000 (a) : NO-Lysine-G-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated close-related compounds concentration at half displacement. G = Glutaraldehyde, BSA = Bovine Serum Albumin Recommended dilution The anti-conjugated NO-Lysine antibodies can be diluted between 1/2,000-1/5,000. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
