Nitroserotonin (NO2-Serotonin), Conjugated |
|
|
Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Specificity: Using a conjugate NO2-Serotonin-Glutaraldehyde-BSA, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds: Compound Cross-reactivity ratio NO2-5HT-G-BSA 1 5HT-G-BSA 1:100,000 NO2-5HT 1:100,000 NO-5HT-G-BSA 1525 NO-Cys-G-BSA 1:100,000 NO-W-G-BSA 1:100,000 NO-His-G-BSA 1:100,000 NO2-Serotonin-G-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated close-related compounds concentration at half displacement; G = Glutaraldehyde Recommended Dilution: The anti-conjugated NO2-Serotonine antibodies can be diluted between 1/2,000-1/5,000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
