Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:100
Western Blot: 1:250
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS; NOS I) from bovine brain.
Liquid. Ascites diluted in PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide.
Recognizes iNOS (NOS II), eNOS (NOS III) and nNOS (NOS I) in mouse, rat and bovine samples. Detects bands of ~130kDa (representing iNOS in samples first induced with interferon (IFN) and lipopolysaccarides (LPS)), ~155kDa (in tissues expressing nNOS) and ~140kDa (in tissues expressing eNOS) by Western blot.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
