Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 using paraffin sections. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic

Positive Control: HUVEC cells and placenta cells.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
