Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Indirtect and Sandwich ELISA: > 0.5ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution detects 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hNNT-1/BCSF-3.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O, and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
