|
Description: CD73 is a 70kD glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked 5'-nucleotidase, known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. It converts adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T- and B-cells; mesenchymal stem cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It has been reported that CD73 co-stimulates T cell activation, and mediates adhesion of lymphocytes to follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:200-1:400 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
