Okadaic Acid, a marine toxin, polyether derivative produced by dinoflagellates, is a potent, cell-permeable, specific inhibitor of PP-1 and PP-2 serine/threonine-speci c protein phosphatases in a variety of cell types. Storage and Stability: Light Sensitive. Store at -20°C. Stable as a powder for at least 12 months. Stable as a liquid for 6 months. Warning: This product is a tumor promoter. Read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to rehydration and use. Initial rehydration of the product should be performed under a chemical fume hood using extreme caution.
