Osteonectin, CT (SPARC, Secreted Protein Acidic And Rich In Cysteine, ON, Basement-membrane Protein 40, BM-40, ON)
Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine/osteonectin/BM40, or SPARC, is a matrix-associated protein that elicits changes in cell shape, inhibits cell-cycle progression, and influences the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM).

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50
Western Blot: 1:1000
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
