Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: indirect ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well, used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5–3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 0.5ug/ml on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Incubate overnight at 4ºC. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH of 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
