Description: P2RY8 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. This protein shares low similarity to the Xenopus P2Y8 receptor (CAA68213.1, 30% protein similarity). ESTs have been isolated from human normal tonsil and lymph libraries and from human lung and lymphoma cancer libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
