Description: Infections by human papillomaviruses (hPV) can cause relatively harmless plantar warts and also more serious genital warts that can increase the risk to women for developing cervical cancer. Infections with HPV11 triggers genital warts. E7 is a protein that is encoded by by HPV11 and is implicated in the disruption of host cells and promoting their proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
