PDLIM1 (PDZ and LIM Domain Protein 1, C-terminal LIM Domain Protein 1, Elfin, LIM Domain Protein CLP-36, CLIM1, CLP36)
Description:
Cytoskeletal protein that may act as an adapter that brings other proteins (like kinases) to the cytoskeleton.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:64,000
Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, observed in human lung and heart lysates on ~37kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
