Description:
This antibody is ideal for studying phosphorylation dependent signal transduction research of PDE4 activation.

Cellular Localization: Cell Membrane

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity:
This antibody detects all known long-from variants of PDE4A, including PDE4A4, PDE4A5, PDE4A8, PDE4Ax when phosphorylated at the PKA phosphorylation site. It will not crossreact with PDE4A phosphorylated at the ERK phosphorylation site. It does not crossreact with PDE4B, PDE4D or any other member of the PDE family. Species Crossreactivity: Human (weakly), Mouse, Rat and Rabbit.
