PDE4D (cAMP-specific 3',5'-cyclic Phosphodiesterase 4D, DPDE3, PDE43)
Description:
Hydrolyzes the second messenger cAMP, which is a key regulator of many important physiological processes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:128,000
Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml, observed in rat brain lysates on ~75kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
