Rich media base for the induction of PL promoter based constructs in E.coli. Requires carbohydrate source (glycerol) to support growth.



Directions: 1. Dissolve 30.6 grams per liter of distilled/deionized water, heating with stirring until completely solubilized. 2. Adjust to desired pH.

3. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15-30 minutes at 121ºC (15 psi). 500g makes 16.34 liters
