|
|
Description: Prokineticins are secreted proteins that can promote angiogenesis and induce strong gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction. The protein encoded by this gene is an integral membrane protein and G protein-coupled receptor for prokineticins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:3200 (0.313ug/ml) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: Asn-Asn-Phe-Gly-Asn-Gly-Arg-Gln-Glu-Arg-Arg-Lys-Arg-Lys-Arg- Ser-Lys-Arg-Lys-Lys-Glu Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
