PTGER1 (Prostaglandin E2 Receptor EP1 Subtype, PGE Receptor EP1 Subtype, PGE2 Receptor EP1 Subtype, Prostanoid EP1 Receptor)
Prostaglandin E receptor EP1 expression has been documented in kidney and kidney vessels. ESTs have been primarily isolated from kidney, pancreas and thymus libraries.

Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:128,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
