Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: Cells were treated with phospholipase C before staining with the antibody.
Immunohistochemistry: Fresh frozen tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the cell surface transmembrane glycoprotein of human prostate epithelial cells at ~110kD. Reacts with both benign and malignant cells. Reacts with DU145, ND1, PC3 and ALV31 cell lines. No reactivity with LNCaP and JCA1 cell lines.
