Recommended Dilutions:
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:16,000
Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml ~22kD band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 21.1kD according to NP_002558.1). Reported ~22kD in Rat Hippocampus.
Immunohistochemistry: 1-2ug/ml In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex) shows staining near sectect nuclei.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
