Recommended Dilutions:
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:128,000
Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml ~21kD band observed in Human Prostate lysates (calculated MW of 21.1kD according to NP_002558.1)
Immunohistochemistry: 2-5ug/ml n paraffin embedded Adrenal Gland shows strong stinaing of secretory cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
