This conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.41 as determined spectrophotometrically.

Applications:
Suitable for use as a source of peroxidase-conjugated goat antibodies to human PCI. Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specific for PCI as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis. A single precipitin line is obtained against normal human plasma. No reaction was seen with PCI-deficient plasma.
