RAB11FIP1 (Rab11 Family-interacting Protein 1, Rab11-FIP1, Rab-coupling Protein, RCP)
Description:
A Rab11 effector protein involved in the endosomal recycling process. Also involved in controlling membrane trafficking along the phagocytic pathway and in phagocytosis.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:64,000
Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell line HeLa on ~80kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
