Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 20ug/ml, 20ul/10e6 cells in 100ul
ELISA: 20ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 20ug/ml

Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Secondary Reagents:
.F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: FITC (mouse adsorbed)
.F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed)

Recommended Negative Control:
Rat IgG2a Negative Control: I1904-82D1

Hybridoma:
Cells from immunized lou rat were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cel line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
