Technical Data
RANKL (OPGL, ODF, Trance, Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand)
RANK is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily as an osteoblast-expressed ligand that stimulates osteoclastic differentiation, and a T-cell-expressed ligand that enhances dendritic cells survival.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Not recommended for use in Flow cytometry or Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: paraffin sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
