sRANKL (soluble RANK Ligand, Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand) (Biotin)
Description:
Application:
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hsRANKL (30ng/ml), a concentration of 0.42-0.9ug/ml of this antibody is required.

ELISA: To detect hsRANKL by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hsRANKL.

Western Blot: To detect hsRANKL by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hsRANKL is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Reconstitution: The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at- 20°C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 0.2mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C.
