Recombinant Human Rantes produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 68 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 7809.2 Dalton. Endotoxin: <0.01ng/ug or <0.1EU/ug as per LAL Biological Activity: rHuRantes is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The activity is determined by the chemoattract of human blood monocytes at a concentration between 1-10ng/ml.
