Technical Data
R1585-21D
Resistin (ADSF, Adipose Tissue-Specific Secretory Factor, FIZZ3, Found in Inflammatory Zone)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), when used as capture antibody at a concentration of 4ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.1ng/well of recombinant human Resistin when used with biotinylated antigen-affinity purified anti-human Resisitn (R1585-21F) as the detection antibody at a concentration of 0.5ug/ml.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Reconstitution:
Reconstitute to 1mg/ml with sterile dH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
