Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: To detect mResistin by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15-0.30ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant mResistin. Western Blot: To detect mResistin Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mResistin is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Reconstitution: Reconstitute to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA, 40-50% glycerol. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Country of Origin: USA |
