Recommended Dilution:
Conjugation: Enzymes, radiolabels, fluorchromes and other markers.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Source:
Produced by murine hybridoma cells cultured in protein free medium in hollow fiber systems.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer

Specificity:
Recognizes aa387-412 of Reverse Transcriptase, HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 RT). Does not crossreact to HIV-2. The immunoactivity and specificity are tested in ELISA using viral lysate and recombinant proteins. The specificity is confirmed by Western Blot (pattern p51 and p65).
