Description:
Stable heterohybridoma cell line was obtained by fusion of lymphoblastoid cell line with stable anti-D production with murine myeloma X63-Ag8–653

Applications:
Suitable for use in Blood group typing in direct agglutination tests, slide test, tube test, microplate test. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
