RhoE (Rho-related GTP Binding Protein RhoE, Rnd3, Protein MemB, Rho Family GTPase 3, Rho-related GTP-binding Protein Rho8, Rnd3, ARHE, RHO8)
RND3, is an ~27kD member of the Rho family, small GTPase superfamily of molecules. It is 244aa in length, and the mature chain extends from aa1-241. RND3 is ubiquitously expressed and is involved in keratinocyte differentiation and stratification. RND3 overexpression results in cell size enlargement and an increase in the number of stratified cells. RND3 depletion results in hyperproliferation and delays initiation of keratinocyte differentiation. Human RND3 shares 100aa sequence identity with mouse RND3.

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
