R3000-06
Rotavirus, ICP, Late Structural Virion Antigens (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot:1:20-1:200
Immunohistochemistry:1:20-1:200
ELISA: 1:200-1:1000. Titer: ~1:250 by indirect immunofluorescence

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
