Suitable for use in ELISA, Dot Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Hybridization of myeloma Sp2/0 cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Strain Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Salmonella paratyphi, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteriditis, Salmonella anatum and Salmonella selandia. Does not crossreact with Salmonella cholerase, Salmonella newport, E. coli O55:B5, E. coli K12, Klebsiella pneumonia or Proteus vulgaris.
