Storage:
Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4C and used within a short period of time.



Directions per Liter: Mix 23.01 grams of the medium in a liter of purified water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. If using immediately, dispense into test tubes. If the medium is to be stored, filter sterilize and dispense into sterile test tubes. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE.

Storage and Stability: Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. The dehydrated medium should be discarded if it is not free flowing or if the color has changed from the original light beige color.

Appearance: White to off-white, homogeneous, free flowing powder.

Solubility: Pale yellow, clear to slightly opalescent, complete

pH: 7.0 0.2 at 25.0C
