SFRP3 (Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 3, FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1) (Biotin) |
|
|
Description: SFRP3, also known as FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1 and FRP-3, is expressed in the developing bone and cartilage as well as several adult tissues. It functions as an antagonist of Wnt signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, shows ~60% crossreactivity with recombinant human SFRP3. Immunohistochemistry: 2-5ug/ml; Detects SFRP3 in cells and tissues. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, pH 7.3, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
