Technical Data
SIPA1 (Signal-induced Proliferation-associated Protein 1, Sipa-1, GTPase-activating Protein Spa-1, p130 SPA-1, SPA1)
GTPase activator for the nuclear Ras-related regulatory proteins Rap1 and Rap2 in vitro, converting it to the putatively inactive GDP-bound state.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
