SNX7 (Sorting Nexin 7, Sorting Nexin-7, DKFZp564F052, MGC8717)
Description:
This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region like some family members, and its function is unknown. This gene results in two transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:16,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
